Breast Lift (with or without implants)
The procedure itself generally lasts for 2-4 hours, (this will vary from patient to patient) and is performed while you are under general anaesthesia.
The Surgical Approach There are different types of Breast Lift procedures that your Surgeon may perform, these include the following:
Benelli Breast Lift
The Benelli breast lift is also known as a Doughnut mastopexy, Circumareola breast lift, or Apex breast lift and is typically considered less invasive than other types of breast lifts.
This procedure will correct mild to moderate ptosis in the Grade I or Grade II range by removing a doughnut-shaped piece of tissue from around your areola before re-attaching the remaining tissue to your areola.
Crescent Breast Lift
This procedure is also known as a crescent lift or nipple lift and is a simply breast lift that corrects mild, or Grade I, ptosis.
During this surgery, your surgeon will remove a crescent shaped piece of tissue above your areola before he raises your nipple to a higher position.
Vertical Mastopexy Breast Lift
This procedure is also known as the Lollipop breast lift, LeJour lift, or Modified Benelli and provides more lift than the Benelli for those with moderate or Grade II ptosis.
During this procedure, your surgeon will remove a doughnut shaped piece of breast tissue, and make a straight incision from under your areola to your breast crease to access breast tissue to be moved upwards to improve fullness.
Full Mastopexy Breast Lift
The Full Mastopexy Breast Lift is also known as an Anchor lift or the Inverted-T and corrects severe Grade III ptosis.
Your surgeon will make an anchor-shaped incision that starts at the base of your areola and travels to the bottom of your breast where it meets your ribcage.
Your surgeon will cut out a crescent-shaped piece of skin above where your breast meets your rib cage. He will then remove and re-position your nipple so that it sits in a more youthful position whilst moving breast tissues upward to improve fullness.
Tummy Tuck
Full Abdominoplasty
A Full Abdominoplasty involves the surgical reduction of excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen in order to tighten the muscles and fascia (connective tissue) of the abdominal wall.
The procedure is often ideal for those who have excess, sagging skin around the abdomen area as a result of pregnancy or ageing.
Mini Tummy Tuck
A Mini Tummy Tuck is a slightly modified Abdominoplasty procedure that uses a smaller incision than what is commonly used for a Full Tummy Tuck.
This procedure is typically ideal for patients who require a smaller amount of loose skin to be removed around the lower abdomen, and who do not have a fully separated abdominal wall as this can’t be repaired with a Mini Tummy Tuck procedure.
Fleur-De-Lis
A Fleur-De-Lis is a body contouring procedure that reduces excess skin and fat and helps provide access to the damaged muscles in the stomach.
This technique is performed similar to a traditional tummy tuck, with the addition of a vertical incision to better address the excess abdominal skin above the navel and is ideal for those requiring more skin removal than a full or mini abdominoplasty.
Liposuction
Liposuction may be used alongside your tummy tuck procedure to remove stubborn pockets of fat from your abdomen area and to reduce excess fat which may have developed in areas such as your hips.
The time taken for your procedure will depend on your chosen treatment area/s, your body size and the degree of surgical difficulty.
Labiaplasty
We perform all Labiaplasty surgery under general anaesthetic although some clinics will promote local anaesthetic with or without sedation.
The surgical technique we prefer to use in Labiaplasty surgery is the wedge method. The Wedge Method removes a wedge-shaped portion of the unwanted labium which reduces the bulk of the labia minora. The wedge of labial tissue is removed without affecting any functioning areas of the vagina. This method can also help to reduce any excess tissue in those areas as well.
Mona Lisa Laser
If you’re a good candidate for vaginal laser treatments, you’ll need a series of treatments over several months, plus maintenance treatments to sustain results. Each treatment session will take approx. 10-20 minutes, although timing may vary slightly.
You’ll often start with the recommended 3 to 5 sessions, with each session being 2-4 weeks a part. Following the initial 3-5 sessions, it is highly recommended that you have 1 to 2 skin-stimulating maintenance sessions each year, depending on how you respond to the treatment.
